Châuteau de l'Ou
|Appellation:||Cotes du Roussillon|
In 1998, Séverine and Philippe Bourrier bought the estate of 30 hectares in one piece planted with 26 hectares of vineyards and 4 hectares of olive trees in the town of Montescot in the Pyrénées-Orientales, 10 km south of Perpignan. The entire property was immediately converted to Organic Farming.
Love is the master word of this project: their Love of course, but also Love of wine, noble product of the Earth and Love of the challenges: to make wines "Haute Couture", in Organic Farming, in Roussillon, and the to make known worldwide. Their passion is unanimously recognized by wine professionals and by everyone who has heard them talk about their work.
