"Buttery on the nose with exciting stone fruit and extended, slightly nutty aromas, this is expertly balanced by a hint of exotic fruits, ample acidity plus plenty of body and finish. The generosity and depth should prove delicious with tender roas chicken meat and crisp skin, but it was also perfect with  pan-roasted salmon dish I served."
