A lovely fruity taste. Kept on drinking over several glasses.
heard Jean Smullen give glowing review on Moncrieff's Movies & Booze segment on Newstalk. She was spot on!
It reminds me to Burgundy. Mineral, lovely acidity, and tropical fruits.

This is dry Loire Sauvignon Blanc at its very best. Wonderful purity of fruit with a classic wet stone and mineral character.

This estate was established in 1861 by the Lebrun family and is still run by their descendants. We have known the Lebruns for many years and have happily followed and championed them as producers of definitive Pouilly-Fumé. Domaine Lebrun covers around 9 hectares (22 acres) in the centre of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, stretching over the slopes of Saint-Andelain on a typical terroir of flinty clay. The estate’s current layout was established by Fernand and Eugénie Lebrun and, carrying on the family tradition, the next generation, Alain and Laurent Lebrun, are taking this jewel of a property to new heights with each vintage.
